MON - THURS 6.15am - 9.30pm
FRIDAY 6.15am - 7.00pm
SATURDAY 8.00am - 7.00pm
SUNDAY 8.00am - 5.00pm
Our Rotherham Oasis Health Club offers all you need to take care of your mind & body. We have a large gym with functional training zone, free weights area, Spin Zone & ladies area. Our fully qualified and friendly fitness consultants will create you a fitness program based around your goals at no extra cost to your membership. We have 2 fitness studios where we hold a wide range of classes from Yoga to Box Fit for all ages and abilities.
Our lovely and warm inviting pool is also host to our popular aqua classes and also boasts a Jacuzzi, saunas and a steam room. Our pool is the perfect place to relax, unwind and de stress. Within The Oasis we have a Beauty Salon & ladies Hair studio, Barbers and sunbeds.
The Gym
Our Oasis gym is fully air conditioned and equipped with Technogym machines. Including weights, treadmills, bikes, cross trainers, functional training & more
The Pool & Spa
From a detox and relax in one of our steam rooms or a luxury soak in the Oasis Jacuzzi. Take a swim or take part in our Aqua sessions. The Oasis health club is waiting for you.
Fitness Studio
Our fitness classes at The Oasis Health Club Rotherham take place in one of our 2 studios, mind & body room, spinning floor, functional training area and in the oasis pool.

PLEASE BE AWARE THAT DURING AQUA CLASSES THE POOL WILL BE OUT OF USE (please check our class timetable for times to avoid disapointment) THE JACUZZI | STEAM | SAUNA WILL STILL BE AVAILABLE TO USE.
Oasis Health Club reserves the right to alter opening times during school holidays. We operate an adult to child ratio at Oasis Health Club Rotherham.
Maximum of 2 Children per 1 adult.
If your child cannot swim without the use of swimming aids then you must have 1 adult per child
If both children can swim without the use of swimming aids then you can take in 2 Children per adult.
Non swimmer = 1 adult per child
Swimmers (without use of aids) = 1 adult per 2 children
Please call us if you are unsure of the adult to child ratio to avoid disappointment.
